BMW 1 Series came in with a drivetrain warning light.

Ran diagnostics, found a swirl flap actuator fault. Tested it — motor was burnt out.

Took the manifold off while we were in there. Found heavy carbon buildup in the manifold and inlet ports and a worn shaft on swirl flaps causing an air leak on the manifold . Sorted it all while we had it apart.

New manifold, new actuator, carbon clean done. Running properly now.

Jaguar XF. Full engine replacement.

Came to us with terminal engine failure.

Engine out,all auxiliary components removed and checked before the new engine goes in. We replaced all timing chains with oem parts.

Back on the road.

This jeep wrangler came in for an engine light. Codes showing a misfire so we started with the basics — coils, plugs, injectors.

Found some wiring on the injectors that needed repair but it was still misfiring.

Did a compression check and found all cylinders on the passenger side head were down.

Stripped the head off to find the valve seats are worn. More to come with this one 🔧

They get a bad name, but if you stay on top of maintenance and know the engine and model you’re buying they won’t let you down.
