30 seconds into the test… and it’s potentially over. 😬
This learner does almost everything right…
✔️ Slows right down.
✔️ Looks both ways.
❌ But never actually brings the car to a complete stop.
In the Irish driving test, slowing down isn’t enough at a STOP line.
The car must come to a complete stop before you continue. If it doesn’t, it’s treated as failing to comply with the stop requirement.
It’s one of the easiest mistakes to avoid—but it’s also one of the most costly.
Remember: Stop. Settle. Check. Then go. 🚗🇮🇪
This video is for educational purposes. The faults discussed are based on my opinion as a driving instructor preparing learners for the Irish driving test and are not an official driving test result.
