1. Is Value Car Rental open during the Coronavirus outbreak?
Yes, Value Car Rental and our sister company Value “Van” Rental are open for business and as an essential service here in Ireland we’re here to serve all those who need a vehicle and to help frontline responders including emergency services, utilities, military and local governments continue to move critical goods and services around the country during this global health crisis. We are committed and ready to help you get wherever you need to be.
2. Opening hours during the Coronavirus outbreak?
Our locations are operating as normal as well as our exclusive delivery & collection service. All current and upcoming rentals are carried out on a delivery & collection basis to comply with social and physical distancing and all other health requirements.
3. Can I cancel my existing reservation?
Yes, our no-fee cancellation policy allows you to cancel or amend an upcoming reservation. Please contact us via email at [email protected]
4. Enhanced Cleaning Procedures
Clean vehicles are always important to us, but at this moment we realise vehicle cleanliness is even more critical for all of our valued customers. Our modified cleaning process in in line with recommendations from the Irish Government and Health Bodies.
