Dear Friend, This year the
Blackchurch Racing Association,
Joe O’Neill Run,
will be held on Saturday / Sunday the
24th / 25th October 2026, and will be based in
Lough Bawn Hotel, Killeshandra,
Co. Cavan. H12ET32
(NB some hardy annuals will arrive on Friday afternoon to have a short spin around the lakes)
All motorcyclists welcome on any machine over 20 years old, although if you arrive on a Rudge it is mandatory for the chairman to buy you a glass of lemonade.
Routes have been carefully chosen for Saturday and Sunday to take riders across the beautiful sunny Cavan and Leitrim countryside, passing through (and occasionally stopping for refreshment anywhere that will let us in), (this will be advised on the morning of the run) some of its charming villages. This run will be a memorable highlight for 2025 and a wonderful way to end the motorcycling calendar year.

I have read the regulations governing the 2026 Joe O’Neill Run / Harry O Reilly Run and agree to be bound by them. In consideration of the acceptance of this my entry I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the Black Church Racing Association (including owners or Lessees of and lands used for the event) and their respective officials, servants, representatives, or land agents, from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death of or injury to or loss or damage to the person or properties of myself, my driver (s) or passenger (s) or mechanic (s) as case may be howsoever caused arising out of , or in commotion with my taking part in this event, notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by, the said bodies and their officials, servants, representatives or agents. Furthermore, in respect of any parts of this event on ground where third party insurance is not required by law this agreement shall in addition to the parties named above extend to all and any other competitors and their servants or agents. Further I agree to act in accordance with the instructions of the officials of the club. I confirm that the machine with which I will participate will be fully covered by insurance for my participation therewith for the whole period of the event in accordance with the road traffic act.
