Mercedes ML320 CDI – Workshop Update
🚗 Mercedes ML320 CDI – Another one sorted! 🔧
This Mercedes ML320 CDI came into us with an issue with the rear lights. After carrying out a full diagnostic, we traced the fault to the rear SAM module and got that problem identified.
While it was with us, we also carried out a full engine service to keep everything running smoothly.
During our checks, we noticed the ABS warning light was illuminated. Rather than simply servicing the vehicle and sending it on its way, we carried out further diagnostics and identified a rear wheel bearing that requires replacement.
It’s now booked back in with us next week to get that sorted. ✅
This is exactly why regular servicing and proper diagnostics matter — we don’t just fix the obvious problem, we check the vehicle properly and keep you informed of anything else we find.

Mercedes-Benz in with a number of issues, including a flat battery.
Unfortunately, after the vehicle was jump-started, a power surge caused damage to the transmission control unit, resulting in a complete loss of drive.
Following a thorough diagnosis, we replaced and correctly coded the transmission control unit, restoring the vehicle to full working order.
The customer is now safely back on the road. 🚗🔧

Another Mercedes E-Class in the workshop! ⭐️
This beauty came in for a full general service along with tyre pressure sensor reprogramming. 🔧🛞
A little TLC, everything checked over, sensors reprogrammed and she’s back on the road feeling fresh! 😎

C220 CDI gearbox repair 🔧
Had this Mercedes C220 CDI in with no reverse gear.
Getting hold of the correct gearbox was proving near impossible — could get every box going, but not the right one! 😃
So we stripped the original gearbox down and found the issue. Repaired it, rebuilt everything with fresh gearbox oil, and got it back in the car.
All back together and driving properly in reverse again 👌
Another gearbox saved from replacement and another happy customer! 🔧😃

The camper van is undergoing a comprehensive service and full health check in preparation for its upcoming four-week journey to spain 🇪🇸 . The inspection is intended to ensure that the vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition and ready for the demands of a long-distance trip.
We are also sourcing and carrying a selection of additional spare parts and essential equipment, providing peace of mind and ensuring we are prepared to deal with any unforeseen issues or minor mishaps that may occur while travelling.
