One of our customers recently purchased a car from a car dealer who claimed the car was fully serviced. As she was planning a road trip around the continent she brought the car to us for a general inspection. During the underbody inspection we identified the rear shock absorber mounting was torn and the car was dangerous to drive. Please be careful when choosing your mechanic or your car dealer because a full-service is not only about an oil change but it's about the full inspection of the car.
