Something different for us here at ION Customs, we recently repaired a Brass Handrail for a hotel in Dublin.

Measurements were taken on-site before setting the handrail up to a temporary jig here in the workshop for welding. First time Tig welding brass. We refitted the handrail back in place afterward.

A customer recently came to us with an
old Combine Harvester exhaust tip that had seen
better days.

This exhaust tip can no longer be bought off the shelf
due to the age of the machine.

We custom made the exhaust tip and clamp in-house
keeping it as close to the original design as possible. It
could then be easily fitted back onto the existing
exhaust system by the customer.
