Mayo Motor Parts is expanding and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Storeman to join our team in Castlebar!

If you’re organised, practical, and enjoy working as part of a busy team, we’d love to hear from you.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Receiving, checking and organising deliveries
• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Managing stock levels and keeping the store tidy
• Assisting with loading/unloading deliveries
• Supporting counter staff when required
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained

🌟 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
• Good time management skills
• Basic computer skills (an advantage)
• Experience in a warehouse or motor trade (beneficial but not essential)

1. SALES/STORE PERSON to join their team. The ideal candidate should -
• Have some knowledge of motor parts/ equipment.
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be computer literate
• Be comfortable and efficient working alone and as part of a team
• Serve customers politely and professionally at all times.
• Provide accurate and professional advice on products including specification, pricing and availability.
• Respond to sales enquiries and convert to new orders.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customer relationship.
• Contact suppliers and ensure smooth deliveries, following company procedures checking incoming goods against supplier's delivery notes.
• Store stock safely and ensuring that the store is kept tidy and well presented.
• Help to maintain the premises

2. VAN DRIVER & SHOP ASSISTANT to join their team. The ideal candidate should -
• Hold a full and clean drivers license
• Have some retail experience
• Be professional at all times when dealing with customers
• Help to maintain the premises
