✅ Providing excellent customer service from vehicle booking through to collection
✅ Managing service department bookings and workshop schedules
✅ Liaising closely with the Workshop Controller/Manager
✅ Communicating with customers throughout the day
✅ Advising customers on additional work required
✅ Invoicing completed work and explaining repairs clearly
✅ Following up with customers and maintaining strong relationships
✅ Working closely with our Warranty Manager
✅ Supporting our marketing team in promoting the workshop
✅ Managing staff rosters, clocking and technician overtime

We're looking for someone who:
✔️ Has excellent communication and customer service skills
✔️ Has previous Motor Service Advisor experience (an advantage)
✔️ Ideally has a technical understanding or automotive background
✔️ Holds a full, clean driving licence
✔️ Is organised, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Takes pride in delivering a first-class customer experience
