Reminder to all students-
Please make sure to arrive to lessons in suitable driving footwear. Flipflops, sliders and wedges are not appropriate for driving.
In warm weather we all enjoy slipping on cool shoes be that flip flops, sandals or sliders.
These shoes are not proper for driving and can result in an accident!
Flip flops or sliders could slip off, become wedged under pedals or prevent you from pressing the pedals with enough force to brake quickly, which could cause you to drive erratically or even lead to a collision!
According to the RSA, drivers are warned that “flip-flops, sandals, backless footwear or barefoot driving are not acceptable”.
Keep a pair of spare runners or flats in your boot in case you're caught short on the way home from your day out enjoying the sunshine ☀️☀️☀️
