Ryans Automotive are recruiting an experienced qualified mechanic who enjoys both hands-on vehicle repair and indepth vehicle diagnostics.
This is a varied role where you'll split your time between servicing, diagnostics and repairs,

Key Responsibilities
Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
Supporting other technicians
Work closely with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow.
Complete jobs to ensure deadlines and requirement's are reached

Requirements
Fully qualified motor technician/mechanic.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Full driving licence.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be an excellent team player, proactive, punctual, reliable and have high standards of efficiency
Experience using Technical information and manufacturers diagnostic equipment(Training will be provided on using our systems)

Salary
Excellent salary based on experience and qualifications.

Another Mini Hybrid battery repair completed, charged up and ready to go.
This one needed 2 cell modules replaced, despite only showing faults codes for one, a fault was spotted with the 2nd one under heavy braking and acceleration on the initial in-depth diagnosis. First time fix and back on the road💪

🧰 Service/Workshop Manager Required 🧰

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic work and routine checks on vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance and other work on vehicles.
- Work with other colleagues where needed to help complete work.
- Organise parts for the workshop team every day to ensure they have the parts required to complete jobs. (This is done using our easy to use system which training will be provided).
- Talk with customers in person or over the phone about recent work or to book in their car for general or further work.
- Create estimates for customers using our easy to use systems.

Requirements:
- Hold a full driver’s licence.
- Have good organisation skills.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Training will be provided on systems and processes to allow you to complete your day to day work smoothly.
