THE END OF AN ERA (AND FAIR PLAY, THEY DESERVED A WHOLE SONG FOR IT!) 🏎️💔🎵

Look out at the grid today, lads. Underneath this gorgeous, sunny Irish sky, there's a heavy, nostalgic silence. Today, our legendary fleet of karts is heading out for their absolute final lap.

For years these machines have been the beating, roaring heart of Kiltorcan Raceway. Proper workhorses, the lot of them. They've carried you through your fastest laps, survived your wildest drifts, put up with your spins (we saw nothing, don't worry), and shared in your loudest craic and celebrations.

They've served us so faithfully, for so long, and brought so much gas and good times to thousands of racers, that we couldn't just write a normal goodbye post. They deserved their own song, so they did. 🎶👇

But this isn't just a sad send-off — it's a lovely transition, honestly.

We're delighted to say our trusty old fleet is off to fantastic new hands! No retirement for these boyos — they'll keep bringing the adrenaline and the smiles to a whole new crowd of racers at their new home. 🛣️

But first — the track's already starting to shake, because this weekend is the big one. 🔥

Kiltorcan Raceway is hosting the FIRST EVER T4 EURO CUP IN IRELAND! 🇮🇪🏆 The best drivers in Europe are coming over to battle it out for the crown, and it's going to be some spectacle. The sun's out, the engines are roaring, and it's set to be the biggest race in Irish history.

And once the dust settles from that? A new beast arrives. This Wednesday, July 22nd, Kiltorcan enters a brand-new era. We're officially unleashing our long-awaited, state-of-the-art fleet of SODI KARTS! 🚀 Get ready for more speed, more precision, and pure racing perfection — no messing.

We love a bit of track madness, and this session had it ALL! 🔥

​We were absolutely thrilled to host the Tillotson team here at Kiltorcan Raceway to test out a project that is completely rewriting the rules of grass-roots motorsport: the brand-new Tillotson T4 Drift Kart! 🏎️💨

​If you think this is just a standard go-kart, think again. This thing has been built from the ground up to slide. James got behind the wheel to push it to its limits, getting a feel for its insane spec:

🏁 Front brakes & a hydraulic handbrake for ultimate angle control.
🏁 Custom steering geometry that responds exactly like a real drift car.
🏁 Special rear tyres engineered to slide perfectly, while building more grip as they heat up.
