Here we are unblocking a transit custom dpf filter that was blocked due to a burst intercooler. After fitting genuine part and cleaned the van was driven the van carried out a regeneration on its own while watching data to make sure temps didn't get to hot.

Here is our latest addition to our cleaning services. This service cleans the inlet valves on direct injection engines using crushed wallnut shells. These direct injection engines suffer badly from carbon deposits on valves due to no fuel being injected into manifold that usually keeps valves clean. This is a 2009 Vw Passat 1.4 tsi auto 170 bhp being cleaned as owner Ben was researching and knows the benefits of this service. Here we are cleaning a 2007 Toyota Landcruiser. As you can see from the pictures these suffer badly from carbon build up in manifold ,Egr valve ,throttle body and valves. The only way to remove this amount of build up is a complete strip down and wallnut blast clean. It's a labour intensive job but great results afterwards. Here we are cleaning a 141 Nissan Quasqai for a main dealer. The car was recovered to there workshop on a tow truck as it wouldn't even start with the blockage so severe. After they repaired the fault that was causing the blockage they contacted us to carry out our TerraClean dpf service. It was a challenging job as the filter was completely blocked but after a few hours work we got the blockage clear. This is a clear case of driving with warning lights illuminated for a long time until it just stopped running.

Here we have a 132 Ford Galaxy with a very badly blocked dpf filter.
