**Position: full time – flexible working time Accountant**

We are looking for a **full time – flexible working time **/ book keeper to work equivalent of 30 HOURS PER WEEK. The role will be tracking for expenses, VAT, other financial information and paper work.

The key roles are as the following:

· Liaise with the external accounting group in Budapest

· Help the office general manager in updating the 12-month billing forecast monthly.

· Provide monthly updated 6-month operating expenditure forecasts for the office.

· Posting of supplier invoices into our accounting system

· Posting of client invoices into our accounting system

· Preparing weekly supplier payment schedules

· Posting of payments and receipts from / to the bank account

· Preparing monthly aged creditors and debtors reports

· Preparing bi-monthly cash flow information including forecasted spend, billing and receipts

· Providing details to the external accounting provider

· Posting of month end journals into the accounting system

· Monitor and reconcile petty cash

· Monitor and reconcile the corporate credit card and related account in conjuncture with the London Finance Team

· Liaise with the London Finance Team for any ad-hoc activities

· Ensure confidentiality of information

· Provide timely reporting and deliverable

The applicant should have a sound working knowledge of English and HUNGARIAN SPEAKER B1 and have ideally 1-3 years in a similar role in Hungary. They should also have advanced experience in working with accounting systems as well as MS Office including Excel.

Are you a Student looking for part time job? Can you speak Hungarian at B1. We are hiring a construction assistant to perform: generating scopes of work for renovation, identifying vendors to perform work, and managing the renovation process. Responsibilities will include scheduling vendors and ensuring work is done to a satisfactory standard, on-time and within budget.
WORKING HOUR:
flexible , only 20 hours a week, 3 days a week need to be at construction site in 2 hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Measure homes and collect field data to support estimates of time, cost, materials and labor required to repair flat
Prepare detailed work scopes and estimates using company-provided specifications, documentation
Ability to read architectural plans and construction drawings
Communicate and solicit bids from trade partners and general contractors
Visit the sites of homes under management
Willingness to learn and use new technology
Good organizational and communications skills
Preparation of weekly and monthly reporting on project progress

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
Speak HUNGARIAN B1 and English
High school diploma (study related to construction, architech, interior design is preferred)
Attention to detail; highly analytical
Experience dealing with general contractors, subcontractors and vendors
Self-motivated, able to work independently to complete recurring tasks and respond to department requests

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SUMMARY
Salaried based on experience (start from 180.000 Ft/month or 2300Ft/ hour) if you can work more or have accountancy degree we can pay more
