Auto Partes Restorations Classic car restoration company, restoring cars - to the last detail.

Our mission is to restore vehicles in a manner that caters the customers requests with regard to vehicle's image and presence. In other words anything that You would prefer can be done but we tend to promote logical approach with respect to aesthetics in the process while keeping an eye at economical properties of the whole build. With that in mind the most important thing is the initial agreement

with the customer and good, steady communication. Most of the work we do in house with few small exceptions like machining, upholstery or galvanizing/chrome plating that we outsource at our associates. Services we regularly do in house are:

Disassembly and assembly
Parts ordering/storage
Bodywork/Fabrication
Preparation and Paint
Polishing/Detailing
Smart repair of upholstery or carpeting
Wheel restoration and refurbishment
Mechanical component restoration and refurbishment
Engine/Gearbox/Drivetrain rebuilding to standard or customer's specification

One of the projects that we're working on for the last couple of weeks is this Porsche 944 S2 that has been turbocharged and optically modified with the Carrera GTS headlights, 993 wheels and mirrors amongst other items like FRP fenders and bonnet and a polycarbonate hatch.

Vehicle has a pretty extensive list of upgrades but has been sitting for a while and needed a proper maintenance.

Within a couple of months it will start to transform from a track day spec vehicle to a Club Sport mix of a grand tourer and a weekend weapon.

One of the longer term bodywork projects is finally coming to completion. Panels were test fitted to verify everything fits correctly and now it's time to start with the preparation for a repaint.

Quite demanding to do as rarely panels are readily available for these.
