Ideja rallya je zajednička suradnja i integracija partnera, gradova i mjesta, turističkih zajednica i povezanih instituc

ija u cilju uspostavljanja infrastrukture za električna vozila. Gradovi kroz koje prolazi reli su mjesta zabave i susreta svih onih koji na bilo koji način sudjeluju u životu i napretku tog mjesta kroz organizirane izložbe i prezentacije najboljeg od regije i partnera.
