Great things take time and legends take even longer.
The Rote Sau, the Red Pig.
In 1971, two engineers from a tiny workshop called AMG took a nearly two tonne luxury Mercedes sedan, bored its V8 out from 6.3 to 6.8 litres, pushed it to 428 horsepower, painted it cardinal red, and sent it to the 24 Hours of Spa. Nobody took them seriously. They finished 2nd overall and put AMG on the map overnight.
The original car disappeared into France, used by a military company for aircraft tire testing, and was presumably scrapped by the late '80s. What you're looking at now is a tribute to that underdog story, and like the original, it's not being done quickly. It's being done properly.

Some things cannot be rushed, they can only be done right.
A body so timeless it was honored by New York's Museum of Modern Art. Fewer than 800 were ever built, and each one, is like a sculpture.
This one is being brought back to life, right here in Croatia. The only Miura currently undergoing full restoration in the country. Not a replica, not a tribute. The real thing, treated with the reverence it deserves.
