It has been an amazing 2021! 🥂

We kicked off the year with Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong and IWC Schaffhausen jointly creating “HAUS”, an experiential center for our Fans and Owner Members to meet, connect and enjoy culinary experiences curated by Tatler Dining Hong Kong. We have also had a diversified range of brand and lifestyle events, such as watchmaking classes, cocktail making classes, female entrepreneurs and local sneakerheads sharing their visions and stories.

This Saturday, Nov 13th, is the final day of HAUS in its current form and location. We will soon introduce a new form of HAUS and continue to offer brand new experiences to you all. Until then, don’t forget to come visit and enjoy the fast driving and adrenaline rush on the car racing simulator if you haven’t already done so🏁

【Tatler Dining Kitchen at HAUS】

Taiwanese-born chef Felix Cheung traces his love for seafood back to his family’s seafood trade in Hong Kong’s Lau Fau Shan, in the third instalment of Remixed Origins, a Tatler Dining Kitchen series where young chefs look to their roots as inspiration.

The talented former chef of The Ledbury and Pensons Restaurant explore the possibilities of a menu entirely dedicated to locally sourced seafood; the result is a series of intriguing, genre-blurring dishes such as freshwater white eel smoked over applewood and grilled; hairy crab cavatelli; and geoduck with Jerusalem artichoke and grains.

【Kiosk by Sake Central x Café Life at HAUS】

Taking over the G/F HAUS Café, Kiosk / Night Kiosk combines convenience with a cool factor. The first-of-its-kind collaboration between Sake Central and Cafe Life brings the best parts of Japanese kiosk culture to the heart of the city.

By day, Kiosk brings locally roasted coffee and Inari tea to be enjoyed with a menu of savoury pies, salads and specially designed Japanese-style cakes by Matsuoka—including the cult favourite Sake Central Noto 88 sake kasu Basque cheesecake. In the evenings, the space transforms into Night Kiosk, when baristas are replaced by bartenders, and guests can enjoy a selection of highballs, sake and craft cocktails designed exclusively for HAUS.

Kiosk / Night Kiosk is open from 10am to 8pm Monday to Wednesday, and 10am to 10pm Thursday to Saturday. Don't miss the chance for this first ever pop-up experience!

【Tatler Dining Kitchen at HAUS 】

This season, Tatler Dining Kitchen is asking young chefs in Hong Kong to take a look at their ancestral roots as a source of inspiration for Remixed Origins, a series of dinners exploring culinary traditions through a contemporary lens. The next talent on the line-up is Chef Devon Hou of COBO HOUSE HONG KONG, who will be cooking for the public over two nights on 22 and 23 October.
At Cobo House in Tsim Sha Tsui, Chef Devon Hou (along with Chef Ray Choi) presents a frequently changing menu anchored by thematic ingredients. At her Tatler Dining Kitchen debut however, she will be tapping into the tapas format to showcase her Hakka roots through a series of bite-sized dishes. The menu is a tribute to her family, as both her paternal grandparents as well as her maternal grandmother hail from the same region of Meizhou in eastern Guangdong, and she grew up tasting the unique food traditions passed down from generation to generation.
