🔧 BMW Z4 E85 2.5i | Three-Stage Intake Conversion

Another completed project at FilosRennsport! The naturally aspirated N52 now features a three-stage intake manifold with dual DISA valves, paired with a custom Siemens MSV70 calibration for its 2.5-litre engine and manual gearbox.

📈 Factory output: approximately 175 bhp / 230 Nm
🎯 Estimated target: approximately 215 bhp / 250 Nm
🔥 Target gains: +40 bhp / +20 Nm

Figures are engine-output targets based on the factory 2.5si reference; final output awaits dyno measurement.

✅ Three-stage manifold and dual DISA integration
✅ ECU calibration adapted to the conversion
✅ Programming completed via AutoTuner
✅ Diagnostic checks completed with Autel

The engine, injectors, MAF and exhaust remain standard—preserving the character of BMW’s naturally aspirated straight-six.
