Position: Rent a Car Agents
📍 Location: Heraklion, Crete
– Industrial Area (B.I.PE.) & Heraklion Airport

Driverse, one of the fastest-growing groups in the car rental industry, is looking for Rent a Car Agents for the upcoming season in Heraklion, Crete.

Key Responsibilities
– Customer service at the office and vehicle pick-up/drop-off
stations (Heraklion Airport)
– Management of reservations (online, phone, walk-in)
– Vehicle inspection, preparation, delivery, and collection
– Issuance of rental agreements and related documentation
– Ensuring an outstanding customer service experience
– Supporting the daily operations of the station
Required Qualifications
– Very good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages will be considered an asset
– Valid Category B driving license
– Good computer skills
– Professional and friendly appearance
– Team spirit and positive attitude
– Availability to work in shifts
– Ability to serve customers from diverse cultural backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications
– Previous experience in Rent a Car or the tourism industry
– Knowledge of reservation systems
– Familiarity with the tourism environment of Heraklion
