Chef Stefanos Kyriakos joined AGIO with a background spanning Astir Palace Vouliagmeni, Four Seasons Budapest, and three years as a private yacht chef. On board, his menus reflect the freshest local ingredients and the preferences of each guest — Mediterranean at the core, with international technique throughout.
