VACANCY: FIELD AFTERSALES OFFICER

Japan Motors Trading Company Limited is seeking a driven Field Aftersales Officer.

JOB SUMMARY: The Field Aftersales Officer is responsible for generating aftersales business by promoting the company's vehicle servicing and genuine spare parts to existing and prospective customers. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits. The officer will work closely with the Service and Parts teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Identify and develop new aftersales business opportunities for vehicle servicing and genuine spare parts.
• Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective corporate and retail customers to promote the company's aftersales products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
• Generate service and spare parts sales leads and convert them into business.
Promote preventive maintenance programme, service contracts, and genuine spare part Monitor customer vehicle servicing schedules and proactively engage customers to encouras timely maintenance.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales activity and market intelligence reports.
• Collaborate with the Service and Parts Departments to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of customer requirements.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
• Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• An additional qualification or degree in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or aftersales within the automobile industry.
• Knowledge of automotive service operations and genuine spare parts will be an added advantage.
• A valid Ghanaian driver's license with practical driving experience.
