We did an engine and transmission swap on this one .
The story of this car is quite interesting .
A client came in with this 2015 Santafe 2.0T with some minor issues of oil leak . But we weren’t brief with the much details , which was the leakage went on for a long time which end up causing many damage on the oil pump and late the bearings got blown. The client was already ready to get raid of the car so he just left it with me to sell . Lol
Weeks later another client came in with his wife’s car and I ask him if he is interested in this car . He asked what need to be done I said an engine and few body works this car is back on the road . How much ? I gave a price . Talk the owner to come down . And I did the next thing i hear is a deal I will push you money to make payments .
Talk to your guy at market let’s get the price of the engine let’s get this baby on the road .
The day I went to market to get just an engine I so complete engine with transmission and I just went ahead to get both knowing that wasn’t the budget but when you look at the bigger picture and the price was cool . I got both and send the client text knowing very well he won’t say no .
Few weeks later this is the beauty .

There was some humming sound in his car .
Troubling the car owner .
As I picked up the car from the owners house I was sure that the sound was coming from the Ac blower .
I changed the blower but still the sound wouldn’t go .
After back and forth we finally have to remove the dashboard .
Sometimes we under estimate the job .
At the end of the day with time the job is done .
Clients was happy . Zeed’eautomedic is a place to go with all your car related problems .

If you notice corrosion on your battery's positive terminal, it's a sign that your battery may be overcharging, which can be due to a faulty voltage regulator. Corrosion that appears on the negative battery terminal is a symptom of undercharging.
Sometimes it happens on both side at the same time .

When you see this form on your car battery
Don’t panic just get water and wash it off, apply some grease on it to prevent it from happening again .

Kia forte 2016 sport
This job came in very challenging, the initial diagnosis shows that one of the coils on fire 🔥 and got damage .
After changing plugs and coil , I realize the engine wasn’t performing right so I did more checks to find out that there was a valves that wasn’t operating right . So i had to open the engine . In the process guess what i discovered the catalyst converter was stolen from the car .
It took me two days to be able to tell the owner what I discovered . The most understanding client I have . He immediately told me to get a replacement because he had an idea where it was taken from .
After overhauling the engine the i was back to square 1 still the engine needed something which was the control board . The Brunt coil affected the control so I took it for repairs .
