The best drivers never stop developing.

Success in motorsport isn’t built on race day. It’s built in the preparation, the attention to detail, and the countless hours spent refining your craft.

For Max Bird, simulator training is an integral part of performance both on and off the track. The right simulator isn’t just about immersion—it’s a tool that helps drivers learn, improve and perform when it matters most.

At RS Sims, we don’t sell off-the-shelf solutions. We work with every customer to understand their goals and create a simulator that delivers exactly what they need.

If you’re ready to take your driving to the next level, we’d love to help.

What separates the good from the great?

For Max Bird, Porsche Carrera Cup Champion, success isn’t just about what happens on race day—it’s everything that happens before you ever reach the circuit.

Preparation. Consistency. Attention to detail.

The simulator has become one of the most powerful tools in modern motorsport, allowing drivers to refine technique, build confidence and arrive at the track ready to perform.

Whether you’re a professional racer, an aspiring competitor or simply want the most immersive driving experience possible, we’ll help build a simulator that’s tailored to your goals.

Watch Max share why the right preparation makes all the difference—and if you’re thinking about your next simulator, get in touch. We’d love to help you create the perfect setup.

Train with purpose. Drive with confidence.

Race day doesn’t start when the lights go out… it starts long before you arrive at the circuit.

In this video, motorsport coach Jonathan Elsworth shares why preparation is one of the biggest differentiators between good drivers and great ones, and how quality simulator time can accelerate your learning, build confidence and help you arrive at the track ready to perform.

Every lap in the simulator is a chance to refine your lines, perfect your braking points and build the muscle memory that counts when it matters most.

Whether you’re chasing podiums, shaving tenths off your lap time, or simply looking to become a more consistent driver, the right coaching and the right simulator can make all the difference.

Huge thanks to Jonathan for sharing his insights.
