Another little custom loom install!! Original cooling fan system re-instated using 2 sensors & the oil temp sender, B-Box logic control added with 4 button control. All electronics & relays mounted in a custom electrics box built by the customer for me, I am a lucky guy!! new relays fitted, as you can see from the lid pic, the oem were well past their use-by date :-)

I do enjoy working on bikes, even more so the older ones. Another beaut in for a full loom & fettle, eeee, brings back memories.

Complete new loom, new switchgear so he can actually turn the lights off correctly & new idiot lights due to being corroded/perished

Had the pleasure of Big Zoltan collecting a customers bike after a quick turnaround repair of corroded wires on this Yamaha Tracer 700.

Pleasure to deal with such a conscientious company, crosses the I's & dots all the T's 😜

One from a while ago, completely forgot to pop pics up. A mate rebuilt this beauty & I brought the wiring & gizmo's into the 'now' kicking & screaming.

The loom had to be all removeable & modular so we ended up building a central box to contain it all with connections for the sub looms in supaseal connectors which made it a smidge bulky but it was what it was :-).

We used one of the fantastic B-Box control units with the customers own sourced switchgear, all running through inside the bars. Had dual use lights so were either driving or fog lights as well as a set of spot lights. He can see for miles & miles :-)

Little Yamaha Tracer for an ABS & ECU Canbus comms fault. Traced to a corroded broken earth joint hidden in the loom & sorted the dying Canbus factory joint.

Diagnostics machine now has comms with all control units. Codes all cleared & all good to go back on the road (after it gets an MOT)

PSA - Don't have the likes of magic tree air-fresheners danging or touching your dash in sunlight

This customer called me out to replace what he thought was a burnt out switch, the switch worked OK but the pics explain what I saw.

This was because a paper air-freshener was resting on it in sunlight

Now go & enjoy the sun whilst you can!!

This guy got his money worth out of his fuses, there was a blown10a (which is what should have been in there) with a blown 15a & then the remains of this completely melted 20a laid there.

If it's blowing an oem size fuse, fer gawds sake don't put a bigger one in, luckily no wiring damage but could easily have been an expensive bodge for him!!

We do like playing with bikes, here's a few (when I remember to take pics haha) we have fettled over the last year or so.

From wiring issues & niggly faults to full custom wiring looms.

We do like to use the new fangled Motogadget Mo.unit & Axel Joost style controllers & associated switchgear, makes such a neat job of installations.

One day summer will arrive & these beasties might get to play out.....

This is what we use as campervan/motorhome/horsebox control systems :-) Much nicer than the usual switches everyone else has, well in our opinion anyway :-) Hope you think the same.
