The next full nut and bolt restoration project just has landed in the workshop! 1964 LI150 Special 👌🏻

A while ago we posted about a new paint job currently being finalised and in the queue at DDK Airbrushing for the new year… well this is the bike and from the designs it’s gonna be a stunner!

Until then, it’s time for a full strip down in readiness and to focus on building a new engine ⚙️

Let the games begin, I guess! 👊🏻

We’re pleased to say that this month we’re putting in a batch order for some hoodies and T-shirts. If anybody would like to bag one while there still hot off the press please comment below with what you want and your size and we’ll be in touch with details.

These are only available in black and the sizes are from Small through to 3XL. The order will be going in on Friday 25th September so be sure not to miss out!

Great little job completed last week - Stripped down, welded back together and finished in their original colour, ochre yellow 🟡. Panel restoration complete!

Anyone who read the November 2022 edition of Scootering Magazine will have seen and read about the GP that these belong to and the number owners that have owned it over the years since 1970 - amazingly all in York!

Anyway, they’re looking brand new again, and having seen the rest of the bike, you wouldn’t want anything less. 👌🏻
