Sundays race was far more eventful, with hard battling throughout. A lengthy safety car period left a two lap dash to the flag, with us restarting in 7th, which proved to be a touch too far back to, but only a touch. One again, this tremendous circuit producing a near photo finish.

Both cars made it to the end, unscathed, having had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend 😀

Our number 172 car will be available for hire at the next race, which takes place at Brands Hatch in support of the Formula Ford Festival. If anyone is interested in joining the team for the weekend, please let us know.

Thats one from one so far!

A dramatic race with an early red flag due to a spinner at the start of lap two, which our number 172 unfortunately got caught up in completely innocently, ending their race. Don't worry, we got it fixed up, and it'll be back on track for tomorrow 💪

171 however went on to lead at some point on most laps, and took the win by just 0.150 of a second.

A fantastic start, fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Today we have our first race a Circuit de Dijon-Prenois.

There is no live coverage of this weekend, but we will keep you up-to-date with our progress.

The circuit is fast and technical, with large elevation changes and multiple lines available for many of the corners.
The circuits key feature for us however, is the 1km long start finish straight! This will make getting away almost impossible, with the tow worth over 1.5 seconds per lap.

Testing and qualifying happened yesterday.

As usual it was an incredibly tight field spread, with the top 12 cars qualifying within just 1 second of pole for race one, and the top 10 for race 2.

Race one is today at 14:50 UK time.
The 171 car start from 5th, and the 172 from 21st

Race two is tomorrow (Sunday) at 15:35 UK time.
For race two, 171 lines up in 2nd and 172 from 19th.

We've had another busy Saturday social with some interesting Sevens in the car park.
The self service kitchen has seen many cups of tea made, but with the hosepipe ban, we've had to take the car wash out of operation for the time being.

Next Saturday (22nd Aug) we won't be open, due to the local Bangers & Cash show at Harrogate Showground.

We've also got plenty of new stock about to hit the showroom, so keep your eyes peeled.

Turn 7 flies to back to back victories at Cadwell Park, whilst also unveiling their expansion to their motorsport program.

It's Race Week once again this week. This time from the tight and technical Cadwell Park circuit in Lincolnshire.
