Just completed, Audi S3 Black Edition came in with a scrape across the wheel arch and bumper after being hit by another vehicle.

Another SVR Range Rover bonnet successfully refinished here at RCP.
This one was probably the most challenging so far, due to it been repaired several times before we got our hands on it and had by far the most problems, some of which even we have not come across before and we have repaired a fair number of these now.

This Jaguar XK was hit by a lorry and was very nearly written off due to cost and lack of parts but the owner was adamant he wanted to save it.

After strip down we discovered it was actually far worse than we initially thought, but after hours of negotiations with the insurance company we finally got there. Plus myself and the insurance engineer are Jag enthusiast which helped just a little!

Another SVR Range Rover with a carbon fibre bonnet with the usual lacquer problems plus bird p**p has eaten all the way through to the carbon fibre and some one made a very poor attempt at painting the bumper which we have also sorted. 👍

Yamaha TZR 3MA. Something a bit more interesting. I was given this panel with a large chunk missing along with a scrap one (grey one in 2nd pic) and asked if I could repair it using the scrap one, keeping in mind that the bit missing also has the other bracket on which the two side panels hinge on so it has to be strong. This was a great opportunity to use the new Stanners Plastic Fusion System. Because it uses nitrogen it makes the welded joint very strong and flexible which iv got to say, I gave it some welly trying to break it and it held up with absolutely no signs of failing. I then did a localised paint repair to keep as much of the fairing original as possible. Got to say I’m very pleased with how it’s turned out. Shame I couldn’t find any matching rivets.
