Vw clamp bolt . Customer tried but made a meal of it . So off to get them out of the it .

Bolt drilled out and insert fitted

2019 Crafter broken exhaust stud that been welded , so they've hardened the stud

DONT WELD THEM 3 TIMES IF YOU CANT GET IT OUT , THEY ARE MUCH HARDER TO DRILL

Transit Rear Wheel drive 2.2 snapped glowplugs drilled out and removed x 3

This , out of that , to remove those lets crack on

Snapped glowplugs in a 2.2 RWD Transit

Fiat 3.0 injector sliced by the tooling at approx 19T so NOW its either a drill out or a head change .

Customer elected to change the head , i will supply a New Cylinder head , head gasket , head set and head bolts at more or less cost about £580

Once you break the electrics off the injectors you can lift the camshaft housing off and get to the head bolts .
