Terms & Conditions

Working hours:

I work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
The occasional emergency Saturday
Bookings/quotes/enquires will not be answered out side theses hours (unless previously arranged with client)

Bookings:

ALL enquiries/quotes/bookings
Must be done via my social media Work page or my Work telephone number
(All messages sent to my private social accounts/private number will be ignored)
My home address is not my place of work it is my home under no circumstances dos anyone turn up to my home uninvited to discuss Vehicle repairs.

Timings/bookings:

AM and PM slots will be given on booking and as much as we will try to adhere to these, please be mindful that we are a very small team and jobs do run over for varies reasons weather/part deliveries/extra jobs on vehicle inspection
Should your booking need to be moved you will be notified at the 1st available opportunity and rebooked at the 1st available slot

Job pricing:

All quotes are valid for 7 days only and will be re quoted after the 7 days have expired if not booked in within the 7 day quote time frame

All jobs are priced under the manufactures recommended time frames and will be priced using these guides,
Please be aware these guidelines do not include time for seizured/rounded or defected bolts and should any be found that severely hinder the time frame of the work being undertaken this will be added to the quoted price.

Payments:

Payments must be made on job completion(unless pre discussed before work is started)

3 wet belts done last week one transit one Vauxhall and one Peugeot we are seeing more and more of these don’t forget that regular oil changes will prolong the life but will not stop then degrading they are recommended every 60000 or every 6 years person the majority of the ones I’ve seen and done needed doing at 35000 please get in touch today for your quote
