Latest statement on Coronavirus - COVID 19

Hello all, The safety of my customers is of paramount importance to me and the following are the measures I am taking as a business in response to the escalating situation in the UK due to COVID-19. I am taking daily guidance from the government page that is continually monitoring all updates to UK Government policy and guidance so I have the most current advice possible.

I am currently working as close to normal as I can, with certain modifications, namely hygiene. Customer safety remains my top priority. I will ensure that all contact surfaces in the car will be wiped down using anti viral products.

I am asking each student to help by washing their hands immediately prior to the lesson start and notifying me as early as possible if showing any symptoms.

I will carry on as normal over the coming weeks – government advice permitting. In the event of you being advised to self-Isolate due to you contracting the virus, I will do my best to honour all lessons & reschedule where possible.

If I contract the virus, or come into contact with anyone with it I will self-isolate and honour all pre-booked & pre-paid lessons and reschedule to a later date.

Current government advice regarding theory and practical tests is as below for your information.

Theory tests and driving tests
The DVSA will rebook your test free of charge if it has to be cancelled or changed because either:

You have coronavirus symptoms
I have coronavirus symptoms and you were going to use my car
The DVSA will be re-book free of charge even if it's done at short notice (within 3 clear working days of the test).
