Customer service doesn’t clock off when we do!
For our engineers, going the extra mile comes naturally — even when they’re off the clock!
Our engineer Mick had finished work for the day earlier this week and headed to the pub for his tea, when he found himself facing an unexpected challenge. The pub had just had some electrical testing carried out, but afterwards, none of the tills or card machines were working!
Never one to leave someone in a sticky situation, Mick jumped in to help the contractor troubleshoot the issue and get everything back up and running.
✅ All systems restored
🤝 Contractor rescued
🍽️ And, most importantly, Mick could finally order his tea!
A great example of the teamwork, knowledge and customer-first attitude our engineers bring to everything they do — even when they’re supposed to be enjoying their own time!
