Enquired about a car they had for sale which was a bit special.
Spoke to Rob Rosco he explained the whole buying process in layman's terms to me.
I explained I could not get in to see the car as it would have ment a 250 mile round trip.
No problem we talked a deal on the phone and Rob asked me to send him photos of my car and describe the car in detail,we struck up a deal subject to final inspection on the day of delivery.
He described his car to the last detail ,when I got there it was even better than described.
At no time did Rob put me under pressue the whole experience was a pleasure.
Absolutely went the extra mile!!
