Yesterday, Eurotow attended an incident on Tewkesbury Road, Cheltenham Glos, where an HGV had left the carriageway and was resting in a precarious position!
Our Incident Manager was on scene within four minutes of receiving the call, working closely with Gloucestershire Constabulary and Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service to coordinate a safe and efficient recovery operation.
We deployed both of our heavy-duty recovery vehicles to lift and winch the HGV back onto the road. Thanks to the expertise and professionalism of our experienced team, the recovery was carried out seamlessly and without delay.
The vehicle was successfully recovered, and the road was reopened before the start of rush hour, minimising disruption for local residents and road users while supporting Gloucestershire Constabulary in restoring normal traffic flow as quickly as possible.
A great effort from everyone involved and another successful heavy recovery completed safely and efficiently.
