WE’RE HIRING: AFTER-SALES SERVICE MANAGER
We’re looking for an experienced Aftersales Service Manager to join our busy car garage.
This is a key role within the business, so previous experience in a similar position within the motor trade is essential.
The role will include managing the aftersales department, overseeing the service team, ensuring excellent customer service, handling bookings and workflow, liaising with technicians and customers and helping keep the department running efficiently.
The ideal candidate must have:
• Previous experience as a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, Workshop Controller, or similar within the motor trade.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service standards
• Good organisational skills
• The ability to manage a busy workshop/service department
• A professional, proactive attitude
This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in the motor industry who is ready to take on an important role in a busy and friendly, family run garage.
