Just a few hours ago, McLaren revealed its brand new supercar, the W1, as the successor to the iconic McLaren F1 and P1.

It has a hybrid powertrain, combining the all-new MHP-8 4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine with an electric motor generating around 1257 horsepower.

0 – 62 mph takes 2.7 seconds and the W1 will continue up to a top speed of 217 mph (electronically capped).

I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for all the work you have done on my Griffith. I can honestly say that it is now driving better than at any time in the 19 years I have owned it, so taut and responsive. It's a 32 year old car that now feels like it's ready for another 32 years!

What has impressed me most is your knowledge of the car and your painstaking attention to detail. The new dashboard is beautiful (a truly horrible job to do I know!) and the car was absolutely spotless when you had finished. And to top it all off, great value for money too. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your business to any TVR enthusiast.
