Could you imagine dropping your car into a garage for repair to Collect it 6 months later?

This is what happened to this Hyundai.. overheated the day after it was collected. We recovered it and will hopefully put it right in a sensible time frame. 🤦‍♂️

Oi JON smile……”F**K off through gritted teeth.”😂

This absolute legend smashed out the timing chain on this Discovery Sport this week. After the teeth wore right down on the idler gear allowing the chain to jump and damage all the rockers, lifters and Exhaust camshaft.

Rebuilt using genuine parts and in time for the weekend.

A hateful time consuming job but someone has to do it. 🤣

Another 2.0 Ecoblue saved 👍🏻

This Transit was dropped off as a none start, quick investigation found belt failure. Cams removed to find rockers, camshafts and valves damaged.

Cylinder head removed and overhauled with new valves and a skim. Cylinder head refitted and torqued down with the proper tooling. New
Lifters, rockers, cams and belt it fired up and runs like a new van.

Repair over replace every time saving the customer thousands 👍🏻👍🏻

This van can now get back out and earn its keep

Jack cracking on with the repair on this Vw Golf after a run in with a Deer.

Both radiators, condenser, active grill shutter, front panel and various new trims.

Even though this is still a very costly repair upon quoting we were told we were a lot cheaper than another quote they have had. 👌

New genuine turbo hose fitted, adblue topped up, faults cleared and a nice long road test to ensure the fault is rectified. 👌👌
