This well looked after 110 adventurer came back for a couple of finishing touches after the Christmas break. When we fitted this 110 with wider wheels and wider arches there was no off the shelf arch extensions causing mud to flick up all up the sides. This is where we put our creative and manufacturing skills to use. That’s when these extensions were born. From proof of concept with cardboard, to a rough aluminium prototype. Painted and protected by our own in house paint team. Excellent result and a happy customer. If you have an idea in mind and want to bring it to life don’t hesitate to get in touch.

The majority of the work now has been complete on this 2015 Adventurer. We fitted it with the big brake kit, which performs absolutely superbly. The lowered comfort suspension kit, gives this truck the posture as well as performance on the road. With an upgraded rear anti-roll bar from corners like no other. Then came the external goodies. The hinges, mirror arms with puddle lights to name a few, just bring a level of crispness and refinement to the car that it was previously lacking. Then the wheel and tyre combination. The wheels are just a marvel. Deffinately the right choice for this project. Let’s not forget the Motalita leather steering wheel to add to the interior in a Lowkey, but very functional way. There’s more to come in the new year, but for now the car is back with the owner to enjoy over the festive period. If this is something that you want done on your car, please do get in touch.

This week, we have a Defender in for some enhancements. Starting off strong with a 16” big brake kit, and an 1” lower comfort suspension kit and rear roll bar upgrade. Keep your eyes open for more updates as we progress with the job. Plenty more goodies to come.

Sorting a few more aspects on the Lightweight Restomod. We have had it running so that’s a relief. Now Test fitting the front seats, and planning adjustments as the Lightweight’s cockpit was never designed for actual seats. Bit of a head scratcher. Stay tuned for the fix that we have come up with.

Here’s a nice little 300tdi Auto we have had in for full external repaint and some mechanical repairs. Has turned out exceptionally well. A wheel cover to finish the process #90 #110

One of the cars we have had in this week for some special treatment. It’s had a black leather with silver stitch trimmed dashboard installed. We upgraded the head unit to the very impressive Stinger Heigh10 unit as well as a Nakatanenga DAB arial. A rear NAS tow step and a crossmember tidy up as well as the 1” lower comfort suspension kit from . It is a truck we built a few years ago, and these few upgrades really have added to it. Many more enjoyable miles to be had.
