📢 Important Update Regarding Deposits

We just wanted to let everyone know about a change to our booking policy.

Unfortunately, we’ve had a number of people recently who have paid a deposit but then haven’t turned up for their appointment. After looking into it, we’ve realised that our current deposits are too low to cover the losses we’re facing when this happens.

To help protect our business, from now on we will be taking a 50% deposit when booking any job. This deposit is non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel outside of our cancellation policy.

We hope you all understand that this isn’t a decision we’ve taken lightly, but it’s necessary to help keep our business running smoothly.
