One of the things we love about working at Field's Car Centre is the variety.
From everyday family cars to EVs, hybrids, diagnostics and occasionally something a little more unusual like this Ariel Atom — you never quite know what will come through the door.

And that's just as true for our Service Advisor.
One minute you're talking to a customer, the next you're discussing a job with a technician, organising parts, preparing an estimate or working out how to keep the day's schedule running smoothly.

We're currently looking for someone to join us as a Service Advisor.
£34,000–£40,000 depending on experience
Monday–Friday
No weekend working
Training and development provided

You don't necessarily need a motor trade background. If you're organised, good with people, enjoy solving problems and fancy a new challenge, we'd like to hear from you.

A SERVICE ADVISOR ISN'T JUST SOMEONE WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE.

At Field's Car Centre, our Service Advisor is the link between the people in our workshop and the customers who trust us with their cars.

You'll need to understand what's happening in the workshop, keep customers updated, prepare estimates, organise parts and help make sure jobs progress through the day.

You don't need to know everything about cars on day one — we'll help with that.
What matters to us is that you can communicate, organise, solve problems and genuinely enjoy looking after people.

We're looking for a new Service Advisor to join our team in Woking.
£34,000–£40,000 depending on experience
Monday–Friday — no weekends
Full training and ongoing development

Motor trade experience is preferred, but we're also interested in people with strong customer service and organisational skills from other industries.

There are several mediums you can use now. Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Autotrader. Advertising can be very easy with some of the AI assistance these sites use. Adverts write themselves!

We're currently looking for a Service Advisor to join us at Field's Car Centre in Woking.

We're a family-run independent garage, established in 1981, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to become a genuine part of the team.

The role is varied — looking after customers, booking vehicles in, preparing estimates, liaising with the workshop and helping keep everything running smoothly.

Motor trade experience would be great, but it's not essential. For us, the right attitude and the right person are just as important.

£34,000–£40,000 depending on experience

No weekends
21 days holiday + bank holidays

🏃‍♂️ Dom's 50-mile challenge starts TODAY!

Our senior technician Dom has swapped the spanners for his running shoes this October and is taking on the Run 50 Miles Challenge for Prostate Cancer Research.
That's 50 miles during October to help raise money for vital research into prostate cancer.
