A short clip of some development work in progress. State of the art 3D scanning one of the stock velocity stacks of the K9 GSXR 1000 owned by this will enable us to modify and produce our very own designs with perfect OE fitment. The final designs will be 3D Printed in house with carbon fibre infused filament and tested back to back on the dyno! 🤩

BMW S1000RR Gen 1 using Bosch BMSK ME9 ECU is now complete after many hours of research and development on the dyno and road testing. Throttle control can be modified as required in Rain, Sport, Race and Slick modes. Configurations of H02S, Pair Valve and Exhaust Valve can be switched off as required. Fuelling tables can be adjusted to correct fuelling after exhaust modifications or system changes. Engine RPM Limits can be increased. Deceleration fuel cut can be disabled. Ignition timing can be adjusted. Thanks to for the loan of the development bike and positive feedback on the work we have done so far with the Gen 1 S1000RR
