1978 Chevrolet Corvette C3 - 25th Anniversary Edition/2 Previous Owners
https://www.milestoneclassics.co.uk/copy-of-r9-b

The Chevrolet Corvette C3 25th Anniversary Edition marked a significant milestone in the history of America's most iconic sports car. Introduced to celebrate the Corvette's twenty-fifth anniversary, the 1978 model received a redesigned fastback rear window for the first time on a production Corvette, improving practicality while maintaining its unmistakable styling. Combining dramatic looks, effortless V8 performance and open-air motoring courtesy of removable T-top roof panels, the 25th Anniversary Corvette remains one of the most recognisable and collectable examples of the C3 generation.

Milestone Classics are delighted to offer this outstanding 1978 Chevrolet GMC Corvette 25th Anniversary Edition, presented in its factory-correct Classic White coachwork with a beautifully appointed Light Beige interior. Manufactured in 1978 and benefiting from just two previous owners, this Corvette represents an excellent opportunity to acquire a well-maintained and extensively improved example of one of America's true motoring legends.

Power comes from the renowned 5.7-litre (350 cubic inch) V8 engine, paired with the desirable four-speed manual gearbox, delivering the unmistakable soundtrack and effortless torque that have made the Corvette famous around the world. The car retains its removable white T-top roof panels, allowing for enjoyable open-air motoring, while factory features include electric windows, power steering and the unique adjustable steering column, which offers movement up, down, in and out for exceptional driver comfort. The odometer currently displays just 22,361 miles.

Originally supplied new in California, USA, this Corvette spent the majority of its life in the dry American climate before being imported into the United Kingdom in 2022. The benefit of its Californian origins is immediately evident, with the all-important birdcage structure remaining in excellent condition, an area well known for corrosion on C3 Corvettes but one that has clearly survived remarkably well on this example.

Over the last two years, approximately £13,000 to £14,000 has been invested to ensure this Corvette performs and presents to an exceptionally high standard. Mechanical improvements include new electronic headlamp lifters, a replacement exhaust system complete with new headers and mufflers, upgraded suspension, a full braking overhaul featuring Wilwood performance brakes and a new master cylinder, together with specially manufactured alloy wheels to accommodate the upgraded braking system. The car also benefits from new Radial GT Galaxy tyres, a replacement alternator and a new battery.

Cosmetically, significant attention has been given to the car with new seals fitted to the windows, doors and removable T-top panels, alongside a complete new interior which complements the Classic White exterior perfectly. The result is a Corvette that not only looks superb but offers an exceptionally fresh driving and ownership experience.

Accompanying the car is an impressive history file including the original Corvette owner's manual, previous V5 documentation, photographic records and video material are available, providing reassuring evidence of the investment made into this exceptional example.

Combining desirable Anniversary Edition status, Californian provenance, low indicated mileage, extensive recent expenditure and the engaging four-speed manual transmission, this is a Corvette that is ready to be enjoyed immediately while offering the character, presence and unmistakable V8 performance that have made these cars enduring classics. Whether destined for weekend touring, classic car events or to become the centrepiece of a discerning collection, this outstanding C3 Corvette is certain to impress its next custodian.

1954 Austin A30 AS4 Saloon - Early Model/Fully Restored
https://www.milestoneclassics.co.uk/copy-of-r4-b

Introduced in 1951, the Austin A30 marked a significant step forward for the Austin Motor Company, becoming the marque's first post-war small family car to feature modern monocoque construction. Built at the famous Longbridge Works in Birmingham, the A30 quickly established itself as an economical and dependable motor car, helping to mobilise a new generation of British motorists during the 1950s.

Offered here is a charming and increasingly desirable 1954 Austin A30 AS4 four-door saloon, produced at the Longbridge factory during the model's early evolution. The AS4 represented an improved development of the original 750cc A30, retaining many distinctive design features that enthusiasts particularly admire today.

Finished in grey, this delightful example displays a number of characteristics unique to the earlier A30 models. Unlike the later A35, it benefits from the smaller rear window, long gear lever and the beautifully styled full chrome horseshoe front grille that has become synonymous with the model. It also retains the elegant side-pillar semaphore traffic indicators, a wonderful period feature that would soon disappear from subsequent production cars.

Mechanically, the car has benefited from a comprehensive recent engine rebuild. Works carried out include the fitment of a new fuel pump, ignition coil and points, water pump, piston and rings, rocker shaft, crankshaft bearings, clutch and pressure plate, together with a new battery. The interior has also received attention with new headlining and carpets fitted, creating a welcoming cabin that complements the car's charming character.

With nine previous keepers recorded, this Austin presents as an honest and usable example of one of Britain's most recognisable post-war family cars. It is ready for its next custodian to enjoy on local shows, classic car gatherings and leisurely countryside drives.

A rare opportunity to acquire an early AS4 model with many of the features that distinguish the A30 from its successors.

1969 MG B Roadster - Overdrive/Beautifully Restored
https://www.milestoneclassics.co.uk/copy-of-r3-b

The MG B was introduced by the MG division of the British Motor Corporation in 1962 and remained in production until 1980, becoming one of Britain's most successful and recognisable sports cars. Designed as a practical yet engaging open-top roadster, the MG B combined timeless styling with dependable mechanicals, making it an instant favourite on both sides of the Atlantic. Today, it remains one of the most usable and best-supported classic sports cars available, equally at home on weekend touring, classic rallies or simply enjoying a sunny afternoon on the open road.

Milestone Classics are delighted to offer this beautifully presented 1969 MG B Roadster, finished in striking red with a beautifully contrasting tan leather interior featuring red piping. This is a wonderfully documented example that has been cherished throughout its life and benefits from an exceptional history file, detailing not only its comprehensive restoration but also its fascinating ownership story.

Originally supplied to the UK, the car later spent a number of years in Germany with a previous owner before returning home. Milestone Classics know this MG B particularly well, having purchased it directly from the client who owned it in Bavaria and personally drove it all the way back to our showroom without missing a beat. All of the documentation relating to its return to the UK has been retained within the history file, including the current UK V5 registration document.

The restoration of the car began in 2002 after the purchase of a replacement shell, with the work entrusted to The Barn – Abingdon Sports Cars Ltd. Every stage of the rebuild has been carefully documented with invoices, photographs and supporting paperwork. The shell was professionally repainted in February 2003 before attention turned to the running gear in October of the same year. The engine and electrical systems were completed in February 2004, followed by the dashboard and fuel system in April and finally the trim and finishing details in June 2004. The restoration was completed during June 2004 and, remarkably, over two decades later the car still presents to an exceptional standard. The history file includes extensive photographic records of the work, with even more images stored on an accompanying CD, together with family photographs showing the car being enjoyed over the years and detailed invoices documenting every stage of the rebuild and associated costs.

Mechanically, the specification is exactly what enthusiasts seek. It benefits from chrome wire wheels, a desirable overdrive gearbox, lead-free cylinder head conversion, Kenlowe electric cooling fan and a quality mohair hood complete with a zip-out rear window, making it both practical and enjoyable for modern touring.

Perhaps the greatest strength of this MG B is the continuity of its history. Rather than simply documenting the restoration, the file reaches back well before the rebuild, with invoices dating from 1979, MOT certificates from 1988 onwards, previous V5 registration documents tracing ownership, old tax discs, regular servicing invoices following the restoration, spare keys and even the original Haynes Workshop Manual. It is a history file that tells the complete story of the car rather than simply recording its recent past.

The most recent MOT was passed with no advisories, further demonstrating the excellent condition and careful maintenance this MG B has continued to receive.

Opportunities to purchase an MG B with such a complete and fascinating history are becoming increasingly uncommon. Combining outstanding provenance, an extensively documented restoration, desirable touring upgrades and a history stretching back almost five decades, this is a Roadster that can be enjoyed with complete confidence while appreciating everything that makes the MG B such an enduring British classic.

1980 Ford Es**rt Ghia Automatic – Exceptionally Original / 3 Previous Keepershttps://www.milestoneclassics.co.uk/copy-...

1980 Ford Es**rt Ghia Automatic – Exceptionally Original / 3 Previous Keepers
https://www.milestoneclassics.co.uk/copy-2-of-r1-b

The Ford Es**rt is a small family car that was manufactured by Ford Europe from 1968 to 2004. The third-generation Es**rt, introduced in 1980, marked a significant step forward with its modern front-wheel-drive layout, improved refinement and practicality, while Ghia models represented the pinnacle of the range, offering luxury appointments and effortless motoring.

Milestone Classics are delighted to present this wonderfully original 1980 Ford Es**rt Ghia Automatic, finished in the elegant and period-correct Solar Gold with its beautifully preserved chocolate fabric interior. Representing the luxury flagship of the Mk2 Es**rt range, this Ghia combines understated styling with a remarkably comfortable driving experience, making it an increasingly sought-after example of Ford's iconic family car.

Having had just three previous keepers from new, this Es**rt has clearly been cherished throughout its life. The bodywork presents extremely well in its attractive factory colour, while the interior remains a real highlight, retaining its original upholstery and trim in excellent condition. It is a car that immediately conveys careful ownership and sympathetic preservation.

Accompanying the vehicle is an outstanding history file that further enhances its appeal. Included is the original Ford Es**rt Operation and Care booklet, together with the original Owners Assurance book supplied by the selling dealer, which still contains the details of the first keeper. The Assurance book also carries the original Ford service record, providing valuable evidence of its early maintenance history.

The provenance continues with V5 documentation tracing ownership from the second keeper, along with an original Ford sales brochure and period Ford magazine, offering a fascinating insight into how the Es**rt Ghia was marketed when new and adding to the car's authenticity and collectability.

As interest in well-preserved, unmodified Mk2 Es**rts continues to grow, examples with this level of originality, low ownership and accompanying documentation are becoming increasingly difficult to source. This is an opportunity to acquire a highly original Ghia Automatic that captures the comfort, style and charm of everyday Ford motoring from the early 1980s.

Whether destined for classic shows, weekend drives or simply to become part of a discerning Ford collection, this Es**rt Ghia is an honest, exceptionally complete example that is ready to be enjoyed by its next custodian.
