Honda NS125 Engine rebuild. This little engine has needed more work than usual. After a full bottom end rebuild a new Athena cylinder and vertex piston fitted it was found that the cylinder head needed machining to restore the squish clearance and correct the volume. Just needs a polish after confirming all is now correct. 🙂

Aprilia RS250 top end refresh. It had nipped up on one cylinder following a previous rebuild elsewhere. Replated cylinders fitted and genuine pistons etc. Cylinder heights reset, everything measured and squish clearance checked. Now just the head volumes to check and adjust before refitting in the bike 🙂

Recently recommissioned 1986 GPZ600R. Every time I look around this bike it surprises me how well Kawasaki made a bike in the 80s. Well made aluminium cast parts give it a look of quality. Nice bike to ride even today with all the advanced technology on modern bikes. goes well too. 🙂 Currently for sale at £1495

We have a 1999 Honda Blackbird for sale. Lovely condition 44k on the clock. Just undergone a refresh including new tyres, rear shock, discs & pads, coolant & brake fluid change, rear wheel bearings, new stainless downpipes. A run on our dyno showed over 150hp which is very good for one of these. Full luggage included £2395

Firestorm VTR1000F Dyno check. 107hp. Considering it has restrictive baffles fitted to get the noise below 102db it's a good result 🙂
