Mitsubishi sh**un in for a thorough wash and degrease then a couple of small welding jobs were found, repaired, rust cured and sealed and then for a full underbody coated in lanoguard (new to me!) but worked really well! All sealed in chassis rails, sills and wheel arches. Ready for the winter season! Fully protected!

Horse box in for a service, everything was in really good shape,
Brake adjusters cleaned and greased
Brakes adjusted
Hitch greased
Lights checked and replaced number plate bulb
Well looked after horse box but always worth a service to keep thing’s perfect!

Supplied the clutch master cylinder which we replaced but didn’t cure the problem so that will be returning for a replacement clutch kit very soon!
Also diagnosed abs sensor front right ✔️ customer supplied part and we got that fitted ✔️

As the cheapest option first we replaced both tie rods and track rod ends ✔️ but unfortunately it ended up being the steering rack which it will be in for a replacement rack very soon 👍

Another returning customer with a mk7 transit, had a intermittent tap pulled the injectors to find one seal was no longer sealing,
• injectors tested ✔️
• one was done down on pressure ✔️
• replaced one injector ✔️
• and full set of injector seals replaced ✔️
• engine oil and filter replaced ✔️

This week a returning customer came in for Cambelt kit and water pump replaced 👍 Safe for another 60 000miles 👍
