MG HS – DCT250 Automatic Transmission Clutch Kit Replacement ⚙️🔧

This MG HS required a complete DCT clutch replacement. The transmission was removed from the vehicle and carefully stripped down to access the clutch assembly.
During the repair, we:
• Removed the old DCT clutch assembly
• Inspected the transmission and surrounding components
• Removed the worn clutch release bearing
• Installed the new release bearing
• Fitted the new DCT clutch kit
• Used specialist precision tooling to ensure the clutch was correctly positioned and installed
• Reassembled and refitted the transmission
• Carried out final checks after installation
A job that requires the correct tools, accurate installation and attention to detail.

Another electrical fault successfully diagnosed and repaired at V&D Auto Services🔧

This vehicle came in with an electrical / starting issue caused by an aftermarket immobiliser system.

After carrying out the necessary checks, we:
✅ Traced the electrical fault
✅ Removed the Ghost / aftermarket immobiliser system
✅ Restored the affected wiring correctly
✅ Custom-fitted and wired the tow hook electrical plug
✅ Checked the connections and tested the system to make sure everything was operating correctly
