TuneDesk is the panel that turns that mess into a proper desk.
Dealers log in, pick the vehicle and solution, upload the original, and pay. Your techs work a real inbox. When the file is ready, the dealer gets
it. Invoices, credits, SLA, branding, and a public website are already in the box.

What the panel does
1. Public website (your shop window)
Your domain, logo, colours, pages, nav, contact, downloads, and a gains / enquiry page. Customers can browse and enquire before they ever become a dealer. Optional live chat widget. Optional public shop for hardware, licences, and accessories — paid with Stripe or PayPal.
2. Dealer portal (where the money comes in)
Approved dealers get a dashboard, file history, credit balance, invoices, and a step-by-step New file wizard:
Vehicle class, make, model, generation, variant (or “not listed”)
Solution + extras (Stage 1, Stage 2, economy, pops, limiter, start-stop, custom…)
Reading tool, slave / master, OBD / bench / boot
Reg, VIN, software number, notes
Pay with credits or card / PayPal on that file
They also get vehicle lookup, DTC lookup, ECU search, knowledge base, news, and a dealer shop.
3. File desk / admin (where you work)
Ops dashboard with queue, today’s files, revenue, credits out, and SLA. File inbox with:
Assign to a technician
Status: pending → processing → on hold → ready / rejected / void
Dealer chat + internal notes
Canned bounce reasons (full flash, SW mismatch, boot mode, checksum, immo, no solution)
Extra charges
WinOLS project / status tracking
Tuned file upload and download
4. Money
Credit packs, volume discounts, pricing tiers (Standard / Preferred / Partner), and per-dealer solution prices. Stripe and PayPal. PDF invoices. Paid website shop orders. Month reports: files, credits in/out, revenue, SLA hit rate.
5. Your brand, your rules
Company name, logo, favicon, login image, colours, invoice prefix, terms, refund, privacy, desk city, timezone, working hours, “hold files when closed”, SLA hours, SLA target, breach credits, file retention / auto-purge.
6. Team and control
Super admin, admin, technician, dealer. Approve or suspend dealers. Impersonate a dealer to see what they see. Staff 2FA before the desk opens. Activity log. GDPR data export. Broadcast to the network. SMTP, SMS (Twilio), Pushover, S3 file storage. One-command VPS install.
