Another First Time Pass

Well done to Charlie Farrell who passed his driving test this morning in St Helens, picking up just 2 driver faults and praise from his examiner for the quality of the drive.
A model pupil from the very beginning, always eager to learn, take responsibility for his learning , and always prompt and ready to go on time for his weekly lesson ( with exception of his last lesson when I turned up and he was still sat in his pyjamas because he’d forgotten 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
Everyone is entitled to an off-day😂😂
Been a pleasure Charlie, safe driving and I’m sure I’ll see you at Highfield Cricket Club next season 🚗🚗🏏🏏

EARLY START!!

6.30am pick up for Ella this morning (probably only ever seen that time on her way home from a night out before😂) to go over to St Helens for the 1 st test slot of the day. “ That was a really nice drive” were the exact words from the examiner on their return to the test centre, managing to find 1 tiny fault with the entire drive.
It’s been a pleasure Ella, enjoy life on the road and probably no more early alarm calls 🛌

Todays “ Huge Congratulations “ goes to Declan Winstanley, who went along to St Helens test centre, and produced an ( almost) immaculate drive, picking up just 2 tiny driver faults, and a wonderful words of praise from the examiner that he treated to a beautifully safe drive around St Helens.
It’s been an absolute pleasure , just one more question to ask.

“ What you having for your tea tonight?😂

Massive congratulations to George Green who went to St Helens this rainy afternoon, and passed his driving test with flying colours.
A simple “ Great drive” from examiner is all it takes to confirm how well George has done throughout his journey to become a safe driver on our roads.
It’s been a pleasure George, I know how much you hate using the bus to college 😂

Congratulations Ellie!!!

On a wonderfully sunny ( but unbearably hot sat in back of car) day Ellie produced an unbelievably good drive, picking up just 2 driver faults, and earning great praise from the Test Centre manager who conducted the test.
It’s been a pleasure Ellie, and let me know if you need anything going forward.
Enjoy life on the road and perhaps I’ll see you on KFC or Pepe’s chicken shop in Pem! 🚗🚗😎

What a beautiful morning it was today!!
Evie went along to St Helens this morning and put together a really excellent drive, I can say this with confidence as I was sat in back seat ( absolutely boiling 🥵).
Felt really proud of Evie sat watching all her hard work come together in a truly excellent drive with just 3 driver faults.
Will miss our lessons, but also glad to get my Saturday mornings back!!
Enjoy life on the road Evie, and congratulations also on your new job after summer. 🚗

Massive well done to Ruby Ramsdale who conquered those nerves and had an excellent drive in really poor conditions around Chorley this morning.
A really confident drive with less than a handful of driver faults.🚗🚗
All exams now finished and driving test passed , time to enjoy the summer before starting the next chapter in your life at uni.🎓🎓

Another first time pass!!!

Early start this morning for myself and Bethan with a 6.30am pick up for the first test slot out of St Helens this morning.
Completely worthwhile as Bethan delivered an almost perfect drive for her examiner and breezed to her first time pass .
A-levels completed ✅
Driving test nailed ✅
Some celebrations may now be in order.
Enjoy life on the road, and give me a wave if you see me.

PS Was a bit of additional pressure on me with this , Bethan’s grandmother was one of my wife’s mentors when she was a student midwife , and also we discovered , my mums midwife and delivered baby David 55yrs ago next Monday! Life goes round in circles doesn’t it😂

Another 1st time pass👏👏👏👏

Immensely proud of Chloe, who today went and did something she’s been striving to do !
A first time pass today at St Helens with just a few tiny minor faults.
It’s been an emotional journey for Chloe, who would be the first to admit that she was a very nervous, almost anxious, beginner when she commenced her lessons with me. But it was an absolutely wonderful moment today when Chloe’s examiner uttered those special words “ I’m pleased to say you’ve passed”!!!
First time pass at theory and now also practical as well.
Look forward to seeing you on the road Chloe, give me a wave 🚗🚗🚗

Another 1 driver fault pass!!

Massive congratulations to Hollie who absolutely smashed her driving test at Atherton this morning.
Feedback from examiner was excellent , in his words “ That was a really lovely drive “
It was the (almost) perfect drive , with just 1 tiny driving fault recorded through the entire drive.
Perfect timing as Hollie goes on her travels this weekend.
Enjoy life on the road Hollie, and give us a wave when you see me 🚗🚗🚗
