Can we please ask that people pay their bills upon collection of their vehicles whether it be cash or bank transfer, unfortunately Jay has a few large outstanding bills that people have said they will bank transfer later in the day and havent, It is Jays last couple of days in the garage, he is extremely busy and hasnt got time to be chasing money he is owed.

❗️Important information to all of our loyal customers❗️

We would like to announce that after 8 years of trading at Pemautos, the time has come that Jay closes this chapter ready for a new one, he has been offered a brilliant and umissable Job role which suits our life as a family much better with having 2 young children and a baby on the way he just isnt getting the time he deserves with us all due to running a business.

Since opening pemautos 8 years ago, Jay has put his heart and soul into the running of the garage making friends and great relationships with his customers but its now time he takes a back seat and takes on a new oppurtunity.

His last working day at Pemautos will be Friday 4th March 2022.

Rest assured someone is going to be taking over the garage who is in the trade, so you will still be able to take your vehicles to the same place however it wont be Jay who you deal with anymore, we can let you know more information on this closer to the time.

Myself and Jay would like to take this oppurtunity to thank everyone for keeping pemautos so busy for the past 8 years and showing trust and loyalty to the company.

‼️‼️‼️ please note that Jays phone is completely broken (driven over by multiple cars)🤣🤦🏽‍♀️

If you have tried to contact him at any point since yesterday morning he will not have received it so if you could either message 07555088964 or the page he will then be able to get back to you.

His phone will HOPEFULLY be delivered tomorrow evening but I will update on here as soon as it is up and running, he will have the same number as usual once this has happened

Afternoon🙌🏽

Just a quick notice that we will be closed tomorrow (Saturday 15th).

Also just a heads up that we will be closed from Saturday 22nd may until 1st June for a family break. There will still be someone at the garage to book people in for the 1st week of June when Jay is back if appointments are needed by our customers, however no mechanical work will be done in this time.

Evening!

Just a quick one

We are closed this Saturday (27th)👌🏼

We are also closed for a well earned long weekend next Friday to Monday next weekend due to it being Easter weekend, this includes Saturday so we will not be open the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th.

We will return on Tuesday 6th 8-5.

Could we also remind you to refrain from messaging Jay privately and message the pem autos page or 07555088964 instead. You will get a much quicker response this way due to Jade being at home with the Kids and having access to her phone more than Jay. Sending multiple messages will not get a reply quicker as we work from bottom to top as priority and first come first serve.

Following the governments recent update we will be staying open, however we will be working back on a STRICTLY appointment only basis so that we can monitor who is in and around our garage at one time.

✅If there is someone in the garage with Jay, please wait outside or in your car for him, we only want 1 person in the garage along side Jay at any one time. There will be a rope along the main garage door, please do not pass this unless jay has asked you too.

✅We still have hand sanitizer provided, please use this before and after entering the garage.

✅If you do not have an appointment, and just turn up, you will be asked to book one either there and then with Jay, through Messenger or over the phone and be asked to return at that time and day. We really can’t stress this enough at the moment with the current situation.

✅If you want Jay to have a quick look at something or change a bulb, an appointment is still necessary.

✅please wear a mask at all times when in and around PemAutos. If you do not wear a mask due to medical reasons just give Jay the heads up.

❌if you have ANY symptoms or have tested positive for covid-19, or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms or tested positive for covid-19 please do not come to your appointment, we totally understand and are happy to rebook an appointment for you.

We would really appreciate it if everyone could take all this on board and help us to keep our work place safe.

Well that is us done after an extremely busy few months in the run up to Christmas, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued custom through this ridiculously strange year! we are now closed ready for some well earned family time, no phone calls or messages will be replied too until next week!

We will be back open on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th. these are both half days (8-1) and we are fully booked on both days however we will be on the other end of the phone or messenger for quotes or to book in for January, please be aware we don’t have any availability now until 4th January.

Again thank you all for your custom this year and we would like to wish a very merry Christmas to all our customers and their families, stay safe everyone🎄

Evening guys, please remember we are closed this Wednesday until Monday (25th-30th) to catch up on a few bits for the garage and to have some family time. Please note this means we will not be open this Saturday (28th).

We are open tomorrow 8-5 but we are fully booked. However Jade will be available to book any appointments through Facebook or over the phone 07555088964 for once we are back open next week.
