A Ford Fiesta came in with complaints of knocking sounds at the rear 👀

Diagnosed it as the rear left shock absorber, as it has old fluid covering the outside (signs of a leak) and it seemed to sink on speed bumps with no retraction or resistance …

Offered a new spring on the same side as well due to lots of heavy corrosion and weak spots and they opted for the lot done 👍

Job came in and back out successfully and very quickly and another happy customer!
