➡️Ford Transit Connect⬅️

Tow bar electrics installed with a 7 pole relay made for the job, this relay has its own direct power supply connected to the battery with an in line fuse.

What this means is there is no extra current draw on the factory wiring to the rear lights which can cause damage to body control ECUs burning internal tracks or melting wiring harness’ costing £££ to replace and reprogram.

Peugeot 3008 🚘

- Customer complained his car had warning lights all over the dash and it was starting to feel slow and didn’t have the power it used too.

- We booked him in for a mobile appointment as he was worried about driving it and causing further issues.. and rightly so.

- A Quick systems scan pointed us towards the Turbo Charger Variable veins not reaching the correct position when requested, this caused havoc with the ECU’s requested parameters putting the car in limp mode.

- Upon inspection it seems the Turbo VGT arm had seized, we managed to free it off with some elbow grease & penetrant which got the vehicle back to driving like it should which we verified on the test drive monitoring logs.

- Nice cheap fix, no parts, just some muscle and some determination.

Mercedes S350 in for some TLC.

Customer complained that his car has slowly declined performance wise and is no longer seeing the MPG he used to.

Straight away we realised it was down on power on the test drive, computer was plugged in and we went for a drive to run some logs.

We found the demanded fuel rail pressure requested by the ECU was not being met, we quickly narrowed this down to the fuel filter being blocked after checking service history and seeing it’s not been changed since 2020 👀

Once we had wrapped up the diagnostic side of things and we re gained all the horse pur’s 🐎 the customer wanted one of our custom calibrated stage 1 Tunes to suit so we did just that with some amazing results the power curve on these engines is unreal for a dirty diesel!

Couple of jobs we’ve had in the past few weeks..

- 2.2 Transit in for a new turbo, came in with turbo VGT position sensor faults & making a howling sound when on boost. Turbo failed the bench test so we fitted an OEM replacement along with a full service for warranty purposes.

- Kia sportage in with a snapped timing chain, cylinder leak off test shown no damage to valves as all cylinders where in tolerance. All new top end bits, cams, tappets, rockers etc replaced and a new timing chain and it ran like a dream afterwards much to the delight of our customer saving £££ on a new engine.

- Land Rover & Fiesta ST in for Tuning with live road logging 💻

- VW Tiguan came to us with Airbag lights on and no steering wheel buttons working & the horn inoperative. We Diagnosed this as the clock spring
And a new Factory clock spring was supplied, fitted & coded with genuine VAG software.

New Focus ST in for some 💨

We had Neil’s Focus in for a new exhaust system as he wasn’t happy with the overall sound of the car.

We went down the route of a custom made GPF back exhaust system, at first we discussed a cat back or turbo back but we advised Neil that these would cause the vehicle to fail its MOT and he wanted the keep the car 110% Legit which we understand of course.

We fabricated the exhaust to suit and found him some nice tips which suited his taste.

All this done in house by us (apart from the tips we won’t take credit for those 😉)

Christmas update, we have been slacking lately with our social media. For good reason as we have been very busy keeping everyone on the road 👌🏾
